Here are a few of my own recipes and a few others that are hard to find elsewhere. I haven't included many standard recipes because you can find them in every good cookbook and all over the Internet. For scads of recipes from basic to involved, see the books on the "Further Reading" page. The recipe page will be developed over the next year (or longer), so stay tuned for new additions! Just click the headings to go to the documents.
Please see the "Further reading" page for some great resources. I would recommend that anyone with any interest in cooking read Simple French Food by Richard Olney, especially its classic chapter on improvisational cooking.
