Albuquerque local food

As a physician, I believe firmiy in Sir Albert Howard's statement that "We must treat the question of health in soil, plant, animal, and man as one great question." As a psychiatrist, I believe that our mental as well as our physical health is inextricably bound into this one Great Question. Each of us votes on important questions about our future with every dollar that we spend on food, so we want to vote as intelligently as possible. This is an area where the personal is truly political, and as a bonus, it's delicious.
